Commercial Financing Referral Fee Program

Overview of our Referral Fee Payments 

• Referral Fees paid for closed commercial real estate loans (commercial mortgages secured by real property) as well as other commercial loans
  
• Specific referral fee amount depends on the amount of the closed loan 
• To participate in our referral fee program, the referral agent will be asked to complete a Referral Agent Application and IRS Form W-9. 
• Referral agents can be friends, relatives, business colleagues, or advisors. A license is not necessary.

Referrals to Advisors

We will certainly be equally appreciative of introductions and referrals to individuals who are not commercial loan candidates themselves but which might benefit from our services and advice. Examples include attorneys, CPAs, commercial realtors and commercial bankers. However these referrals will not be included in our referral fee program unless there is a direct and immediate connection to a specific commercial loan.
