What is a "Smart Money Business Loan"?

The description "Smart Money Business Loan" is used by AEX Commercial Financing Group to refer to their unique and advanced combination of the following commercial real estate financing features not available from traditional banks for a business acquisition loan: 

• Quick closings for difficult commercial property loans up to $25 million throughout the United States

• Stated Income for commercial real estate loans up to $2 million (no tax returns or income verification)

• Straightforward and candid advice.

• Assumable business acquisition loans up to $1 million
• Long-term fully-amortized commercial property loans without recall or balloon terms
• $100,000 minimum commercial mortgages for purchase, refinance and construction
• Unlimited cash out when refinancing a commercial property loan
• No business plans required
• Inclusion of most special purpose properties excluded by traditional banks (such as church financing, assisted living facilities, funeral homes and golf courses) for a business acquisition loan
• Subordinate financing (including seller seconds) is permitted for a business acquisition loan in most situations
• No seasoning of ownership or assets in most situations
